spacious decks surround this mountain home.
Sunset Ridge is a four bedroom three bath home. Upstairs are two queen beds and
down stairs has a queen and two twins.
Once you arrive, you won’t want to leave.

No reservation is confirmed
until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Payments by
electronic check and/or credit card may be made by clicking the Deposits Tab.

A Local
Accommodations Tax (5%) and State Sales Tax (7%) will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee will be charged for a normal clean-up. Excessive
cleaning and/or dirty dishes or garbage, will be charged to your credit card
