The front porch is just a few steps to the lake where you will find the screened two story Boat House. Tie your boat up at the dock or in the Boat House. We will be happy to provide you with information about nearby boat rentals. The Boat House is a comfy place to watch swimmers or water sports or play games in the evening. It has two sleeper sofas and TV/VCR in case you are too sleepy to walk back to the house. Fully equipped kitchen, leather sofas and three bedrooms, three bathrooms in the house. Of course it has central air and heat, washer and dryer; are just a few of the amenities found in Splish Splash. Directly on Lake Burton and close to Moccasin Creek State Park, Helen, GA, Tallulah Gorge State Park and all the local waterfalls you will be planning your next vacation to this cozy retreat before you leave. Stay a weekend, a week, or a month or more. Don’t forget your camera so you can enjoy your memories when you return home.

until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Payments by
electronic check and/or credit card may be made by clicking the Deposits Tab.
