furnishings, gas log fireplace, large country kitchen. Master bedroom downstairs
has a queen bed. Two guest bedrooms upstairs have a connecting bath, one bedroom
has a queen bed and one has twin beds. This house has it all and includes a
fully equipped kitchen, central heat & air, cable TV/VCR, spacious decks,
speakers throughout the house and screened porch.

No reservation is confirmed
until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Payments by
electronic check and/or credit card may be made by clicking the Deposits Tab.

Also a one time cleaning fee will be charged for a normal clean-up. Excessive
