Overlook Lodge is very close to another 5 bedroom house,
River Ridge. Both homes can be rented together for a family reunion or large
group.
Overlook Lodge is a large modern day log cabin with all the amenities you would
expect in a first class vacation home. Located in one of the desirable locations
in Rabun County, this 5 bedroom, 3 bath home has one king bed, three queen beds,
and a Fulton. Three bedrooms and two baths in a split bedroom arrangement are on
the main level. A soaring great room/dining/kitchen and gas log fireplace
complete the main level. The lower level has two bedrooms, one bath, and a
sitting area with TV. Both levels have large decks. Enjoy your favorite DVD'S or
sporting events on the 100" Home Theatre System. Two satellite systems and high
speed internet access are also available.
Amenities include central air and heat,
washer and dryer, and charcoal BBQ grill. Private Hot Tub available for
no additional charge.
OL has paved access and parking
for at least 6 vehicles/boats. Tallulah Gorge State Park and Lake Rabun are
close by as well as the many unique shops in Lakemont, Clayton, and Dillard.

until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Payments by
electronic check and/or credit card may be made by clicking the Deposits Tab.

Accommodations Tax (5%) and State Sales Tax (7%) will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee will be charged for a normal clean-up. Excessive
