until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation.

Accommodations Tax (5%) and State Sales Tax (7%) will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee of $125 will be charged for a normal clean-up and a $15 processing fee.. Excessive
cleaning and/or dirty dishes or garbage, will be charged to your credit card
