guest room with two sets of bunk beds. On the property is a boat house with
covered picnic pavilion and features include Satellite TV/VCR, central heat and
A/C, electric range and oven, microwave oven, a large refrigerator and freezer.
Boat rentals are available on the lake. Just ask.

No reservation is confirmed
until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Payments by
electronic check and/or credit card may be made by clicking the Deposits Tab.

Accommodations Tax (5%) and State Sales Tax (7%) will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee will be charged for a normal clean-up. Excessive
cleaning and/or dirty dishes or garbage, will be charged to your credit card
