will be happy to provide you with information about nearby boat rentals. The
Boat House is a comfy place to watch swimmers or water sports or play games in
the evening. Fully equipped kitchen, living room and three bedrooms,
two bathrooms in the house. Of course it has central air and heat, washer and
dryer; are just a few of the amenities found in Lazy Days. Directly on
LakeBurton
and close to MoccasinCreekState Park,
Helen, GA, TallulahGorgeState Park
and all the local waterfalls you will be planning your next vacation to this
cozy retreat before you leave. Stay a weekend, a week, or a month or more. Don’t
forget your camera so you can enjoy your memories when you return home.

No reservation is confirmed
until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Payments by
electronic check and/or credit card may be made by clicking the Deposits Tab.

A Local
Accommodations Tax (5%) and State Sales Tax (7%) will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee will be charged for a normal clean-up. Excessive
cleaning and/or dirty dishes or garbage, will be charged to your credit card
