downstairs opens to covered porch and the upstairs has TV and beautiful view of
Black Rock Mountain. Both baths feature tub/shower combination and higher
toilets. Sleeping loft with magnificent views has a daybed that sleeps two.
Hardwood floors throughout with satellite TV/VCR in open living/dining/kitchen
area. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, gas grill, central heat & air, and a
wood-burning fireplace. Handicap ramp available from driveway to back porch.
Secluded yet close to Lake Burton, Black Rock Mountain Park, and the other many
attractions in the Clayton area.

No reservation is confirmed
until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Payments by
electronic check and/or credit card may be made by clicking the Deposits Tab.

Accommodations Tax (5%) and State Sales Tax (7%) will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee will be charged for a normal clean-up. Excessive
