bedrooms with queen beds. Amenities include gas log fireplace, central air &
heat, satellite TV, washer & dyer, dishwasher, covered and open decks, gas
grill. Paved all the way to the house. Quite, Peaceful and relaxing. Sorry, no
Pets and No Smoking. You are close to three Georgia State Parks, and the towns
of Clayton, Mountain City, Rabun Gap and Dillard. Visit all the unique shops in
the area. After you have gone sightseeing, rafting, hiking or shopping, you will
be so happy to return to A Perfect View, your home away from home. Don’t forget

No reservation is confirmed
until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Payments by
electronic check and/or credit card may be made by clicking the Deposits Tab.

Accommodations Tax (5%) and State Sales Tax (7%) will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee will be charged for a normal clean-up. Excessive
