two bath vacation getaway is ready for your arrival. Main level has the
kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and three bedrooms (Master has
Vera Wang "sleeping on a cloud" pillow top King Bed) two guest bedrooms,
one with Queen Bed and the other Twin Beds, completes the upper level.
Very private, yet close to the town of Clayton, GA, this beautifully furnished home is ready to
welcome your family. Great long range mountain views from the porch and master
bedroom. Amenities include, washer & dryer, central air and heat,
fireplace, Satellite TV/DVD. Covered deck and porch and two car garage. Included
with this rental are FREE MOUNTAIN GOLF privileges at the Kingwood Golf Resort
and Spa (small cart fee applies)

No reservation is confirmed
until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Payments by
electronic check and/or credit card may be made by clicking the Deposits Tab.

Accommodations Tax (5%) and State Sales Tax (7%) will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee will be charged for a normal clean-up. Excessive
